Simply wrap your Ring Size Belt around your finger and tighten it until you feel comfortable, and voila! That's your ring size!
Keep in mind that arbitrary sizing like the letter system used in NZ or the number system used in the US are not standardised, so you will see some variation from one brand to the next, much the same way you can wear a size 16 in one clothing store and a size 10 in another. I strongly recommend relying on the EU standard rather than either of the others.

These ring size belts show your exact size in millimetres, which is the standard used in most European stores these days because it is much more reliable than arbitrary number or letter sizing. Every brand has its own set of sizes, but internal circumference is universal.
